ASIFA is at the BookLook

I am proud to announce that ASIFA Hollywood is joining our merry band in the tent at the BookLook.

ASIFA-Hollywood, a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational arts organization, is in the process of building a museum, library and digital archive dedicated to the use of students, cartoonists and animators. At the BookLook, ASIFA will be bringing out its entire digital archive, consisting of thousands of animated cartoons, biographies of famous artists and high resolution scans of rare artwork.

Also on sale will be an e-book "how to draw" course on CD- ROM by ZIM, titled "Cartoons and Caricatures, or Making The Whole World Laugh". ZIM (aka: Eugene Zimmerman) was a pioneering cartoonist from the turn of the 20th century. He drew over 40,000 published cartoons in his lifetime.

See ya there!!!
